Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Terroja is a dragon who has little regard for other dragon's feelings. If he has something on his mind, he will say it no matter who he offends in the process. His interests amount to that of a 12 year old human boy, and include things like fat jokes and violence. He also has an odd fascination with death, and collects dead animal skulls. During conversation, he rocks back and forth on his heels, making him look like a dragon version of a rocking horse.
