Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Against all of Sora's pessimistic expectations, Moe actually turned out to be a male. He didn't show much of that in his early hatchling days, though  his fondness of glittery gems and pebbles often made him look like a little princess.

Upon maturing, however, he began showing his glittery collection to Sapire, obviously hoping the unfriendly female might eventually warm up to him. However, being a gentle creature at heart does not make this relationship easy for him—his first attempt to gain her attention ended with a blunt out refusal.
