Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Janice is her father's daughter in that she has a gentle and calm heart. Fortunately she has inherited her mother's egoism to a small degree, only with her it takes more the form of quiet confidence. She is not interested in material wealth but IF she wants something she finds the courage to ask for it and stays insistent when it's important enough to her. It's weird how the mix of so two vastly different personalities can result in a more even-tempered, well-rounded, and happy young dragoness.
