Cheese Dragons are not actually alive. They are enchanted items of food that act almost identically to dragons. They have no need to eat, but they must “live” in humid environments or they will dry out and harden.

Nacho is a solitary, soft spoken dragon. Despite hardly talking to other dragons and being an enchanted piece of cheese, Nacho is often the voice of reason. Nacho tends to be a bit controlling, which isn't very surprising, seeing as its friend Brie is rash and never thinks things through, the complete opposite of Nacho. Nacho and Brie, although with very opposite personalities, are never seen without each other.
