Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It enjoys running through a nearby pumpkin patch.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

User Description

No creature can ever seem to call this unfortunate little dragon by her correct name! Poor little Hoggers can't seem to convince anyone what her true name is. Every time someone gets poor Hilda's name wrong, she'll cry, "My name is Hoggle!" in her squeaky little pumpkin dragon voice causing everyone around to giggle and reply with, "You're so silly!" Many times, little Hogsley has pondered changing her name to something easier for the other creatures to remember, and she has ultimately concluded that every single creature has absolutely no brain and that there is no point in changing a name she's had so long. At this point, she simply answers to any name starting with an H which really confuses the rest of the "H" dragons in the cave near her. But the truth is that everyone isn't stupid, they just really like to mess with her.
