On sunny days when the sea is clear and sparkling, coastal villages are often treated to a spectacular sight. While normally shy, Tideweaver Lindwyrms are emboldened by fair weather, and when one starts to dance, the rest soon follow. However, their intricate fins and complex dances are more than just a dazzling show. Tideweavers rely on slight changes in their movements and fin positions to communicate with others of their kind. This communication is key; the lindwyrms are almost always found traveling within tightly bonded family groups. To show affection, they have been known to gently hold one another with their small front legs.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

This dragon lives by herself in a small bay. The reason the Red-finned Tidal Dragon is alone isn't because of her nature, which is nice enough, but because the other dragons in the area believe that she is a little touched in the head.

She has a way of making others angry at her, though she isn't doing it on purpose. The fact that her telepathic voice is all garbled up just makes conversation worse, confusing everyone around her. It is almost as if she is a child, trying to learn to speak her mind. If someone doesn't get it, then the dragon starts to shriek in a panic.

Having no close friends doesn't make her lonely though. She seems to be fine by herself, though no one really knows since she cannot effectively communicate. The dragon does have a rather bizarre habit. Confusing as it is, her acts of diving underwater and then dragging herself onto the beach are never given much of an explanation.

All she says about it is that it is "hot, hot warm, tight closed hot, stuck hot no."
