Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Silver Skys has always been a tricky dragon.  She is a member of the Metallic Draco Clan, and in the Silver Family.  She prefers to keep to herself, and she doesn't talk much, but when she does, it is said she could make her audience believe a fish was a bird.  She has a job as a lawyer for this reason, and no one is really sure what she thinks of her job.  A lot of dragons think she is really strange, and it's not hard to agree with them.  One of the weirdest things she does is she flies up to Mt. Cavana, an active Volcano, and just sits there dropping various things into the lava and muttering strange words for a few hours.  Then she retreats to her cave and lines up pebbles in various patterns.  Once, when a hatchling stumbled through one of her patterns, she started shrieking at the hatchling while clutching her side, as if she had been wounded.  With her quiet and queer ways, one never knows what to expect from Silver Skys.
