Crimson Flare Pygmies are named after their small size and speed. They are fast and love to fly up and down in steep climbs and dives, giving the impression of a flare of color in the sky. These dragons travel in swarms during migration seasons and are very social. They live in tropical locations or wherever it is warm, and they are often seen near active volcanoes.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Pygmy dragons are the smallest category of dragons, being on the same scale as domesticated animals. They are often found around concentrated populations of dragons, relying on their larger brethren to ward away potential predators and leave scraps. As such, the majority of a pygmy’s diet is scavenged. Due to their tiny size, pygmies do not breed with larger varieties of dragons.

User Description

Just like his namesake, Tiny Red Comet does everything three times faster than an ordinary crimson flare pygmy. This does include eating three times faster, sleeping three times faster and thinking three times faster. These unusual traits make Tiny Red Comet a very impatient dragon, and he is rather unwelcomed by the rest of the clan's group of pygmies. Fortunately, his telepathic communication is in one piece instead of running three times faster, so it is still possible to communicate with him. In contrast of his flaws, he is also known for completing his jobs accurately and very quickly, which makes him an invaluable member of the clan. As a side note, he seems to enjoy putting a single red horn on his head as an accessory.
