Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Sir Scribe frowns upon anyone, even Kanaye herself, who dares to give hir a nickname. The only time zie is ever found smiling is when zie has a story, a poem or a song to write down. Though very serious, Sir Scribe finds peace in writing, though zie will tell no one how zie learned to do so. Even Secret has been unable to ferret that story out. The only shortcoming Sir Scribe will admit to is that zie cannot create anything of zie's own. Zie depends on others, such as Keridwen and Thievie, to tell hir what to write. Sir Scribe's carefully hidden vault is where zie stores every single scrap of paper zie ever wrote on.
