Guardian Dragons have large shields on the end of their tails. Although the shields appear to be heavy, they are light, yet nearly unbreakable. Guardian Dragons use their tail-shields, as well as their wings, to deflect attacks and protect others. Often, they will guard the eggs and hatchlings of a nest while others are away. They are generally peaceful, and will not retaliate unless necessary. They have no need to forage or hunt, as they are fed by those they protect.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Loricatus is one of the more sporty dragons. She is very active, and can get cranky and destructive if she doesn't get outside enough. She, along with cavemates Insulto and Occultus, formed a small club known as the Games Guild, or G.G. The Games Guild has invented many active games that can be played by dragons, and in some cases, humans. One of the most famous of these include Flightball, a dragons-only game that involves flying around and trying to hit a ball through the opposing team's suspended goal. Her favorite position is the Hoarder, who keeps the ball from going into the goal. This is partially because of her shield, which she uses to her advantage by blocking the ball with it when the ball is out of reach of her lion-like paws. Other then that, she loves a good joke, and Lori is the most spirited of Kinners' dragons.
