Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Her name is Cevinsul Lhug, the head of the 7th Council of dragons. She is intelligent, cunning, and a well respected leader. Known for her incredible speed, she can easily get to place to place, to cover all her duties. While kind and caring, she, like many other of her kind, can wield her long tail to cause great damage on enemies, being feared heavily, even more than other Whiptails, by opposing dragons or other challengers. Some say she is a descendant of Elven dragons, hence her name. She is loved by her kind, and feared by her enemies. She has fought many a battle, but has always came out victorious. Some of her nicknames include: Cevinsul the Guardian of Earth and Wind, and Cevinsul the Queen of the Whiptails. While she actually has no royal power, except for her position in the 7th council, of course. She is revered by fellow Whiptails, but is not actually a queen as these dragons do not have a "Queen". She leads the 7th council, while the council's vice leader is her brother.
