Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Labradior SilverHeart (after the gemstone: Labradorite) came to the clan cave as its 102nd member, veiled in great secrecy and mystery. While The Clan Mother made her way along the path to the cave entrance, a mysterious being appeared before her and bid her to close her eyes in true faith and love of dragon kind. Although hesitant, and a bit concerned, she did as the stranger asked, holding firmly to her belief in her beloved clan. A silvery blaze seeped through her closed lids, and a sharp warmth flared against her cheek, then all returned silent and still. When she again opened her eyes, before her she saw Labradior's egg, gleaming and brilliant in the dark, cold night. On the wind she heard a whisper, to keep well all her dragon clan. Like his beginnings, he is strong and mysterious, with a way about him that is difficult to describe with mere words. He keeps to himself, more often than not, but his enchanting azure eyes never stray far from the clan that is his home.
