Hellfire Wyverns are so named for their foul tempers and fiery visages. Their social structure places all females above all males, due to superior physical characteristics and violent dispositions. Forced subservience of the males causes them to become vicious, petty, antisocial, and passive-aggressive compared to the aggressive and social females. However, orphaned hatchlings raised by foster parents of another species can develop surprisingly even tempers and mellow dispositions, proving that their defining unpleasant nature is, in fact, a learned behavior.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ignisus is a gentle soul despite his gruff appearance, though he does set a lot on fire accidentally. Being raised by a human with other adopted dragons of varying species, he was certainly tempered, but his inner fire was certainly kept alight. He easily gets into scuffles with other dragons over his clumsiness. Over time, he's learned how his kind act and how to respond in kind with assistance from his more aggressive siblings. Iggy is certainly not looking forward to his first encounter with a female, but also can't help but be curious. Due to the general air of him, he usually lets others walk all over him to avoid conflict; this habit wears down his temper for those close to him, resulting in explosions of emotion. But, once the signs are evident, he enjoys calming down by helping cook some fowl to munch on. He always enjoys outings to harsh lands where he feels at home. Ignisus Inferni is a bad-tempered pushover with an adventurous streak that makes it hard to be upset with him.
