White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Hjartahreinn is the physician in the Elemental Mist clan, although she uses magic instead of science to treat the other clan members illnesses and injuries.  Along with this, she often will act as the Caelum Numbusthe matriarch of the clanchief advisor because of her intelligence, wisdom, and sound judgment.  Because of this and her physician status, Hjartahreinn ranks almost as high as her good friend Stormur (who is the daughter of Caelum Numbus and Chrysos Anthos).  She is almost always calm and even tempered however she will use force (but never lethal force) to defend a weaker dragon from attack.  Hjartahreinn strongly believes in justice in accordance with mercy and balances out Caelum Numbus' iron-fist style of ruling.  Fravardin is her mate, and they have one child.
