Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its eyes glow brightly at night, and it enjoys attacking insects and small animals.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

FlamingFrozen is one of the more violent hatchlings. She attacks the other hatchlings when they annoy her. If you are nice to her, however, she will be your friend, and sometimes when she is in one of her better moods, she will play with the other hatchlings. Her best friend and closest companion is Frozenfins, a frozen red hatchling.  They go on many adventures together, and often get into trouble. On one of their adventures, Flamingfrozen's eye was damaged. She is now missing one eye. But just because she is blind in one eye doesn't mean she won't fight as hard as any other dragon.
