Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Ever since it hatched, it has been hiding among the tree leaves.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Banana Dreams has a recurring dream where she is a banana tree. She believes this is due to nominative determinism, and that if she changed her name to "Apricot Dreams" she would start to dream that she were an apricot tree instead. Unfortunately, the other neotropicals will not let her change her name to Apricot Dreams because she is not an apricot. She frequently goes to administrative meetings to attempt to overturn this rule, claiming that it is stifling scientific progress, but has yet to gain any traction.

Whenever a new edition of TdBBC's sports publication comes out, Banana Dreams helps sell copies. Her favourite sport to keep track of is curling, especially because she doesn't understand what it is. Her enthusiasm and the strange description in the publication have made it the most interesting sport to read about among Madder Jungle neotrpocials.
