Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It is a deep shade of crimson.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Miniature Sunstone, true to her name, thinks of herself as a "fun size" sunstone dragon. She is redder and lacks an orange tail stone, but that will definitely change once she finds more colorful rocks to eat. She isn't quite so happy watching the males fight since they seem quite violent, but that attitude must develop later, too. How handsome she will be in a few years.
