Pec is Phoenix's frozen chick. Phoenix was trading an egg with another keeper and she accidentally got a chicken egg. When it hatched, Phoenix's grown hen, Fuzzy Wuzzy, took a liking to it and began to care for it. Phoenix convinced her Magi dragon, Fyrestar, to freeze it, and then she named it Pec because it liked to peck the ground so much. No one ever really found out if Pec was a boy or a girl, but Phoenix guessed it would probably be a girl. She had never seen a rooster from the home cave, anyway.
