This raucous display is enough to turn any refined dragon away, but rarely will they see the truly bizarre highlights. Festivus Anomalous is a renowned magi with many connections. Unbeknownst to some, he often themes his festivals after particular occult items such as fish spittle or raven's milk. Legend tells that he hides clues in every aspect of the festivities, and that if one is to figure their meaning, they will uncover a rare magical item.
