Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Chishio. She is one of the few female red dragon in her clan, and as such she is under pressure to perform feats of breathing flames equal to any of her male counterparts. She finds this expectation hard to meet. Being female she is slightly smaller then the average male so has much less fire producing capacity to start with. Add to that a smaller lung capacity and you have a recipe for disappointment. Nevertheless, she tries to meet the expectations put upon her, especially during battles. This stresses her health. And this stress in turn makes her perform even more poorly at meeting the clans expectations. It is a never ending vicious cycle. Perform poorly get sick try harder perform even more poorly. Poor Chishio. Caught up in a cycle of disappointment that never ends.
