Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar to armor, and they use this to their advantage in battle.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A proud and haughty beast, she was found huddled amongst the treasure chests in a private's cove seeking comfort in the gold, her parents being murdered and mutilated for their scales in the nearby hills. Her rescuer took pity on the lost orphan dragonling and took here in, naming her after her ship. Together they ravish the High Seas when the whim or need overtakes them. She barely remembers the loss of the parents so early in life but when she sees the scales of her kind used as ornament she has been known to go into an unstoppable rage.  

Revenge is a picky dragoness, preferring her mates to be as fierce and as strong as she. Her favored mates are the Black Warriors Kokusho and Catacomb. She flits from one to the other, keeping them both forever on their toes. Her closest friend is Allahu Akbar, co-mate of Catacomb and living voice of her conscious.
