Frilled Dragons are smaller than most other breeds, but when threatened, they stretch out their wings and frills to appear larger. They generally do not like to fight and prefer hiding to confrontation. Frilled dragons live in small groups and often band together to scare off potential threats. Males also use their frills as a way to attract mates, with those displaying the “best” frills being more likely to breed.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Before Jast reached the island of Clementine, one would have assumed he had the spirit of a restless adventurer. In fact, he was just looking for the right kind of company.

Jast had always been considered a little... strange by the dragons he met. He was perfectly polite and composed when he talked to them, and in fact was very entertaining with his conversation, but they could sense a kind of repressed energy within him. He never stayed long though.

What Jast needed was someone he could romp around and be silly with, whilst still having intellectual conversations. This is what he found in the two "brothers" Gerard and Graeme. When he arrived on the island they bonded instantly. The three of them muck about during the day, and before bed time they perform shadow puppet shows for the hatchlings. Collectively, Graeme, Gerard and Jast are known as the three puppeteers.

Recently they have taken to playing news from the Clementine-Deirwater conflict (for the adults) before the main show.
