Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its eyes glow brightly at night, and it enjoys attacking insects and small animals.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Dibs the Diplomat is a worldly, knowledgeable and well-traveled ambassador often assigned to posts in faraway lands to represent Beacker1160's clan. Despite the fact that he is only a hatchling, Dibs has overcome all odds in order to fulfill his dream of seeing the world. Not even being wingless has stopped him—Dibs has come up with solutions ranging from hitching a ride with the rest of his clan's diplomatic entourage to hiring the teleportation services of rogue magi dragons living in remote wilderness.

One way or another, Dibs has done it all—and although he may not live the warm, sheltered, stable life of other hatchlings, he has amassed an incredible amount of knowledge and experience all while living his dream of exploration and travel. Ultimately, Dibs sees it as his duty to represent and advance his clan, since he himself came from a faraway land. Someday he wishes to become Beacker1160's ambassador to his native clan, though sadly the location of that clan is unknown.
