Radiant Angel Dragons are known for their intuition—they always seem to know when someone is feeling down, and will do what they can to provide cheer. These dragons are curious and will poke their noses into anything. They communicate with one another by making sounds similar to singing. It is said that the golden feathers shed from their whiskers can rekindle lost feelings of love.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Anteros is the loyal mate of Alicia, the lead Rock Dragon in the cave. Of the two, he is more serious and profound. He doesn't find happiness in as many things as his mate does, but he respects her jovial nature.

Due to being a newly introduced species, Anteros has yet to feel the wrath of the Vampire Army. Toxic, the lead Vampire, attempts to instill fear in him, but Anteros, as a Radiant Angel dragon, fails to realize their efforts and concepts of fear and death. He was taught sunshine and lollipops, and to cheer other dragons up (one will learn he isn't as good at doing that as he should be). He is currently the only dragon who has stood up to Toxic, and has endangered his "throne" by threatening to kill him again, if that's possible.

Although Anteros is a Radiant Angel dragon, he is not the most cheerful spirit in the cave. He is a more bold, intellectual creature; however, he hates to see others down, especially his dear mate.
