Originating from a single species that thrived in ancient times, Xenowyrms have become an incredibly diverse breed whose appearances vary depending on their habitats. Each Xenowyrm subspecies is heavily reliant on the power of different types of mana, making them powerful magic users. Chronos are often considered to be the most elusive of all Xenowyrm subspecies: they live in the darkest and densest forests, far from civilization. They are masters of time magic, allowing them to manipulate the flow of time at will. It is said that Chrono lairs are protected by a field of magic that makes the minutes tick by at a slow pace for any unwanted visitors.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

This chronos enjoys things that swing back and forth in regular intervals, like pendulums. She has a large chamber filled with such things, mostly items at the end of vines—a dead pig ready for her next meal, a small boulder, a tree branch, and an old eagle's nest are a few of them.

Tictoctictoc likes to practice targeting her time magic by allowing creatures to wander through the area. As they move about, she hits them with her magic, watching to see if the intervals of the items swinging about them change at all.

If the test creature is able to answer her simple questions about their experience at the end of her practice, she rewards them and sends them on their way. If the test creature is not intelligent enough to respond, she saves it for a future meal.
