Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Flameless Flaw has only one problem: it is made of paper. That alone makes a lot more problems. It can never enter water or fire or play for very long in winter snow. Nevertheless it likes to play and take care of hatchlings and eggs to the best of its ability. It loves its friend, Papyrus Reed, very much. Both of them long for children of their own to care for. But they cannot breed, much less try to mate, for the curse of being made of paper prevents them from being allowed to have hatchlings. They are sad over this but they are allowed to take care of any other Paper dragons that their caretaker steals from this large cave where many wild dragons live just to survive, where unwanted eggs get pushed out of nests and stolen by pesky humans. They pretend whichever eggs they are helping to care for are their own and they care for them to the best of their ability. Both also like writing poetry.
