Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Solera is a remarkably even-tempered dragon...when everything is going her way. She tends to be controlling and forceful, with a drastic lack of patience when it comes to stupidity or ignorance. She's impatient and impulsive at times, which results in a variety of mood swings. This dragon also tends to be quite vengeful, and won't hesitate to kill if angered. Any regret she might feel is short-lived.

If she's on her own turf and relaxed, though, Solera can be fairly easy to get along with. Her egg hatched in a rather deserted mountain valley, and she learned to fend for herself at an early age. Her skills at magic are outstanding, as is the case with most of her breed. She has next to no physical attack or defense capabilities, and is left vulnerable without her magics.

Her mate, Varrik, is the only one who can soothe her in times of distress. He protects her zealously, and brings out a softer side in her. Solera is perfectly willing to kill over him.
