Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Elatus Argenteus thought he had it all during his days as a very young dragon. He had a very close brotherly bond with Aureus Perfectus, a Gold dragon he was raised along with, but his "brother" changed in appearance and nature and Elatus could no longer even recognize him. He was cast out of his brother's domains and lost all of his friends and loved ones. Fate crossed his path with that of the Vampire dragon Cruentus Acerbus and despite all of their differences, they soon developed a very strong friendship and swore an oath to always watch each other's backs. They joined forces and created the Holiday Clan where all of the Holiday dragons gather. Elatus met the mate of his life—the Ultraviolet dragon Comis Compatiens—and they have many children together. But everything he has achieved is in danger since the Sect of the Seven wants to take over all. Elatus has failed to reach an understanding with them and he is currently held hostage in the dark debts of the Sect's caves.
