Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It occasionally shoots small puffs of smoke from its nose, like it’s trying to breathe fire.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Christian Inferno's temper burns as hot as the Neelix Desert sun. The elder reds of EG's Caves constantly try to quell his infantile tantrums with no avail. He constantly attempts to bite all the other adult dragons of the cave- from the gentle, taciturn Whites to the furious Hellfires. The adult reds have resorted to keeping him under total surveillance.

The only instances where his temper seems to disappear are the times when his secret love, Nina Salvadora, appears. Each time the two are together, Christian Inferno transforms into a loving and polite juvenile Red dragon.
