Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Earth Mother is incredibly gentle and sweet. Though not the most intelligent of beings, Earth Mother knows everything there is to know about rocks, plants, and animals that there is to know. A talented gardener, Earth Mother spends most of her time out searching for exotic plants, or growing whatever herbs the kitchen requires. Just as fond of hatchlings as the other Earth Dragons, Earth Mother has been put in charge of the hatchlings education. Fond of her job, teaching, she has made it a point to have her class spend at least three hours outside of the cave whenever possible.
