Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Kalaa Ripples lives deep in the mountains, in a high, crystal clear, mountain tarn. At night, she loves to dive down to the bottom of the lake, then thrust herself up, surging toward the surface, finally breaking through in a shower of moonlight. She twists and spins in the crisp clean mountain air, porpoises awhile, then gracefully reenters the water, leaving only a few ripples as evidence of her frolic. Kalaa Ripples does not like mankind, and will do whatever it takes to keep them off her lake and away from her shores. Luckily, the location is so remote, few humans have ever stumbled upon this tarn, and far fewer returned to tell the tale of the angry, leaping, water dragon.
