Black Tea Dragons have small scent glands on the underside of their wing arm that release a pleasant scent. Though many creatures enjoy being in the vicinity of Black Tea dragons, the scent is intended to draw in swarms of butterflies. Though Black Tea dragons are full sized dragons, these insects are the mainstay of their diet.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. BowIt was always more interested in her bowl of butterfly stew than the soup it contained. Certain family members did not approve of her obsessive fascination tried to get her onto hobbies more socially acceptable than staring at bowls, but the only success was an aunt who got her interested in lawn bowling. Unfotunately, lawn bowling is only an option in fair weather, so on rainy days BowIt would still spend hours staring at bowls in the cabinets or chatting with craftspeople who make bowls from various materials. She almost immediately began courting bOwl8 of Bananas, and her copious letters home remain a source of embarrassment when their contents make it into public.
