Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Lunar is rather flighty. While many silver dragons enjoy being stared at in awe by humans and other dragons alike, Lunar would much prefer to spend her time hunting and playing in moonbeams. <br/>The arrival of her egg in Nadat's cave caused much stir; never before had there been more than two dragons of any type there. But soon the other two silvers realized that Lunar was no threat to them; she was too wrapped up in her own little world to vie for dominance. And so, with Lunar content to dance away her nights and sleep away her days, she found a home in the cave.
