Serrati Wyverns are a fierce breed of dragon typically found in volcanic areas or in desert scrubland. With their keen vision, these fearsome predators can pick out well-camouflauged prey from the slightest movement. They are named for the double rows of serrated teeth that line their beaks, which allow these wyverns to maintain an unbreakable grip on prey while they tear into their target with deadly hooked claws. Though these dragons are combative with nearly everything, they are surprisingly well-mannered when raising their offspring in communal nests. Males, however, tend to be chased off as soon as eggs are laid.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ballad of Maps and Treasure, as fitting a Seragamma Wyvern, is an extremely vicious dragon with a penchant for eights, reliance on luck, finding treasure, and spiders. She's one of the Twelve Dreamers, but she doesn't get along with any of them, often wanting to force them to listen to her demands and threatening to destroy them if they don't.

Her song is vicious, matching her entire personality—almost a pirate's theme, loud and attention-catching and with a certain beat that catches a dragon's mind and never lets go. The other Dreamers don't particularly enjoy it, but once the song's started and a dragon's listening, that dragon won't leave until the end.

She'll jokingly say that it's her powers of manipulation, but they don't know if she's lying or not.

The dreamland she dreams of is one of islands and oceans, the sky covered in compasses and history and maps for finding all the treasure.

She's never been able to open the chest without waking up. It irritates her.
