Avea Pygmies are extremely active dragons known for their aptitude for flight. They will often fly for long distances and are in a constant state of migration. Avea Pygmies live in large groups for protection and they will care for each others’ young. They are herbivores and especially like fruits and berries. When dealing with other species, Avea pygmies are short-tempered and quickly take offense. After one has offended an Avea, gifts and bribes are the best way to regain trust.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Pygmy dragons are the smallest category of dragons, being on the same scale as domesticated animals. They are often found around concentrated populations of dragons, relying on their larger brethren to ward away potential predators and leave scraps. As such, the majority of a pygmy’s diet is scavenged. Due to their tiny size, pygmies do not breed with larger varieties of dragons.

User Description

All pygmy dragons are small, but BabY3 is abnormally so. He has large wings that make him look like he has the hereditary Peter Pan Syndrome, but he is an adult and loves to show off his endurance. He often flies out to sea to show that he doesn't need to land, which means he is always running into mariners. One in particular, xlil1, keeps catching his eye. He wants to court her, though other mariners tell him that she can be incredibly aggressive during the breeding season. He suspects she is simply trying to show off her virility—overcompensating for her small size—and BabY believes that since he is small, too, he won't trigger her. His flockmates think he is simply asking to get his head clawed off.
