Aww... It’s a cute baby drake. It blends in very well when it hides in tall grass.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young drakes are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own.

BLUHT and her playmate Raeuber Saufen are the terror of the woods among the main caves. Both love to listen to human children play and sing and laugh about, and that's harmless enough. However, on one such occasion, the two got a silly little tune stuck in their heads and they are a bit too simple to get it unstuck. So instead of spending their time creeping silently, learning how to properly lurk, they always can be found by following the constant repetitive shrieks, growls, and hums imitating a human song.

No matter how hard she tries, BLUHT can never produce anything but the shrillest shrieks and although she approximates the melody farely well, the dragons in the area always complain that she makes their teeth ache.
