Boingo Boingo is a strange creature, even for his... strangeness. He is extremely hyperactive (hence the name 'Boingo Boingo'), and never seems to sit still, even when he's stepping on others' tails with his heavy boots. Boingo's best friends are two other strange, booted creatures; Piopopo (whom he regards as a worrywart and has solemnly sworn to annoy), and Whoopsy Knickers, an equally hyperactive creature who likes stealing human clothing. Boingo likes to steal things too. He is partial to wooden bowls.
