Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

The art of communicating with the deceased is often thought of as nothing but hokum. Many spell casters claim to know the art; however, most have been proven fraudulent. By definition of science, Necromancy should not exist due to the fact that dead beings cannot produce a heartbeat or have any brain function; thus, communication is rendered impossible. The few who attempt to communicate via Necromancy find themselves in disappointment; their ventures crumble in failure one behind the other. However, with a little hope and patience, one might just hear a faint message back.
