Flamingo Wyverns are so named for their resemblance to the tropical birds with whom they often share territory. Their most striking feature is the bony black crest over their faces and snouts, larger in males, aiding both in digging up food and protection when fighting for mates. Males are duller in color than females due to their habit of wandering from nest to nest and picking from less algae-rich feeding grounds.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

BDAR5 is a bit jumbled up. When he hunts, he goes through the motions in a random (and therefore usually incorrect) order. Whether he stalks, pounces, then orients himself upwind, or charges in for the kill, eats and then stalks, it is often strangely fascinating to watch him. Similar things happen when he tries to tell stories—the climax coming before the introduction, or the afterword showing up in the middle. He aspires to be a bard, and while a small following of dragons enjoy the puzzle of unscrambling his tales and rhymes, debate rages over if it is acceptable to present unscrambled versions of his works for the general public. While originally from Lloyprij, he spends quite a bit of time in the Madder Jungle, where he is not ostracized for his mania.
