Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ask 42 is a self-proclaimed oracle. He catches small animals or other dragons and orders them to ask him anything. If they can't think of a question, he eats them; and if they ask something he gives them some incomprehensible answer (usually the answer is '42') and laughs at their confusion. And then he eats them too.

The only way to escape him is to feed him fish, then he'll just express his gratitude and leave.
