Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

As you venture into the cave, you see a stack of crumpled paper. At least, that's what it appears to be, until you go to rifle through it and find a pair of inquisitive inkblot eyes staring back at you. With a rustle like the leaves of a thousand books being turned at once, the "stack of crumpled paper" folds and unfolds itself into a great origami dragon, its great paper tail curling underneath to support its weight. Blinking thin paper eyelids over inky pupils, and flexing thin pointed claws as it tries to decide if you are friend of foe, it is apparent that this creature is a being of magical creation. Still, it is aware and seems to have the ability to think on its own, and there is no doubt that a slash from its immaculately folded claws could slice the skin quite cruelly. Regardless, is crinkles its wings into a more relaxed fold, and seems to take in its surroundings with a curious sort of wonder and amazement, as though seeing everything for the first time.
