Swallowtail Dragons are graceful and quick flyers, much like their namesake bird. They are capable of precise aerial acrobatics, and can reach very high altitudes. Because of this, humans observing these dragons are often astonished at how large they are when confronted up close. A Swallowtail’s diet consists of insects and small mammals plentiful in temperate forests. These dragons are also made remarkable by their paper-thin wing membranes, which allow light to pass through, creating an astonishing effect on starry nights.

Sylivie is a gentle yet beautiful dragon that loves to fly; looping and spinning through the air, jumping and diving with her mate; Animeri. Previously, she was constantly courted by almost all the males of her clan, and being very shy, this caused her to become quite fearful of them. Unlike the other males, Animeri didn't flirt with Sylivie; instead he took care her, gained her trust and eventually persuaded her to be his mate. Although she was somewhat fearful at first, Slylivie is now deeply in love with Animeri. They have one hatchling named Alberr'te.
