Nebula Dragons are nocturnal creatures. With the best eyesight to be found, they are often seen staring into space. Each dragon tends to observe a particular nebula and will eventually change their colors and patterns to match it. As the nebula changes over time, the dragon changes with it. The more intricate the design of the nebula, the better chance an individual has of attracting a mate. It is said that the markings on no two Nebula Dragons will be exactly the same.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Her name simply means "Glimmer". By Rnachllac's standards, Meremeta isn't all too bright. She spends most of her time in Scorch-Blood Fortess carrying out the simple duties that Rnachllac had assigned her; bringing and preparing food for the slaves, cleaning, and a number of other demeaning tasks. One might also find it worth noting that Meremeta is Rnachllac's "mate". In truth, Rnachllac hates everyone, loving to find ways to hurt others in any way he can. With the case of Meremeta, Rnachllac is only her "mate" for the sick pleasure he gets seeing the pain and sadness in Tulia's eyes.

Meremeta is completely oblivious to this fact, that or she prides herself no matter the cost at being the "mate" to the dictator of Scorch-Blood. Every child she has had with Rnachllac however always seems to end up dead the next morning, the shell cracked and oozing a pale, repulsive liquid. Rnachllac assures Meremeta that they will have a child one day, before making her feed the Vampire hatchlings.
