White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

While Kioren's parents and two older sisters have dedicated their lives to seeking out and helping others, for years Kioren would only heal someone who staggered directly across his path.  Thanks to the efforts of the trickster magi Orlaera, he'll now at least try to seek out those in need of aid, but he remains cold and unfeeling, and seemingly devoid of warmth.  Anyone who dares to criticize him, disagree with him, or even ask stupid questions will find themselves quickly rendered unconscious by one of his spells—a pacifist like all of his kind, he feels a simple sleep spell is much more merciful than what he'd be tempted to do to them if they kept talking.  He responds well to intelligent questions, though, and has been known (when in the right mood) to discuss the finer points of healing for hours at a time.
