Candelabra Dragons are a spectacular sight against the dark midnight sky. The glowing orbs that decorate their golden wings can be seen from far away and give them the unparalleled brilliance they are recognizable for. Proudly earnest, Candelabra Dragons will often go to extreme lengths to protect those close to them, even giving their lives to rescue a loved one from peril. However, they do not take lightly the breaking of a promise, and have been known to unleash a furious wrath when betrayed.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tyr is nocturnal, according to her caretaker, who has been observing her for a while now, to find out more about the breed of Candelabra Dragons. Tyr has been known to make friends easily, and sometimes gets a little too attached to her friends, to the point where she will stay up during the day to make sure they're okay, which often results in Tyr's sleeping patterns' being altered, which is one of the reasons why Tyr's caretaker spends so much time watching her.
