Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Silver Galaxy has the sharpest eyesight among all Tinsel dragons of the clan. This is probably due to the many Nebula ancestors in her family tree. Silv just wishes she had inherited the Nebula's ability to focus mentally as well as optically too—as it is she keeps getting distracted by EVERYTHING: a slight imperfection on the scale of a Lumina half a mile away, the veins of a leaf torn lose by the wind and now gently gliding towards earth, and of course the terrifying faces of all the bugs and butterflies surrounding the Black Teas.

Silv is the worst lookout the clan has ever known and is exempt from guard duty.
