Terrae Dragons are primarily herbivores who prefer to eat from the tops of trees. However, due to their massive size, they must rely on small, specialized scales to absorb and convert energy from the sun. Since they live in tightly-knit groups, this form of energy absorption helps preserve the forests in which these dragons reside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Griffen Forrest favourite part of the forest is the lake. Ever since he was little, he has loved going in the water and learning how to swim. For his honeymoon, Griffen and his new wife, Gypsy, went to the coast near their home. He looked up in the sky and saw a beautiful blue dragon that was doing all kinds of tricks while flying. His favorite trick was when the dragon did backflips in the sky and he could see its white belly when it did many flips in a row. He was determined to do this same trick, but in the lake. Since getting back from their honeymoon, Griffen has spent his days in the lake trying and trying to do this trick. He has not yet been successful, but has come close on many occasions.

His most cherished possession seems to be a tube that his wife made him.
