Waterhorse Dragons received their name due to their horse-like physique and endearing behavior. They are capable of surviving out of water, and when on land their skin secretes a gelatinous goo to retain moisture. However, their large paddle feet are better suited for swimming, and waterhorse dragons tend to move very awkwardly when on land. Waterhorses are very friendly dragons and enjoy playing with humans.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Aquine and Nii-Chan get along very well; indeed, she seems to ride him during water travel more often than even Hydrolisk. He is friendly to a fault and often goes out of his way to help other needy dragons. The only thing stopping him from incubating eggs with Rouge is the fact that frigid liquid substances, particularly the moisture-retaining goo secreted by all waterhorse dragons, has a tendency to put eggs into an almost comatose state, if not kill them. But Aquine finds plenty of other uses when interacting with the other dragons under Nii-Chan's care, the most notable being Pondfin. When Pondfin visits the surface world, his goo helps shield her eyes from the sun's harmful rays. Sadly, he can't do a thing about the change in fluid pressure.
