Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Atrox Viridiano has the power. He knows he has it, but he has never actually used it. Not least because  he doesn't like to go outside a lot, and to slam down upon the earth from a great height simply isn't possible inside the cave. He wouldn't call himself agoraphobic—but only because that is a mental health label and he hates labels. But it is a fact that outside is scary. He can launch boulders at times; there are plenty high in the cave that need to be rolled before something wobbly happens and they fall on a hatchling or two. So he tells himself that the reason he stays inside is to watch for this kind of danger. But his wings ache to fly, so he is trying to conquer his fear.
