Dragons are creatures with nearly unlimited life spans. They can survive for long periods of time, and no one has found a dragon that has died of old age. Adolescence is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Once they hit adolescence, hatchlings change quickly, maturing to their full forms in only 2 years.

Dragons don’t communicate with each other verbally, but they will growl to scare off predators and frighten prey. Young dragons will emit an extremely high-pitched squeal when they are frightened. To communicate, they use telepathy with each other and to speak to other creatures.

Ice dragons are fierce predators who hunt using their extremely cold breath. The breath of an ice dragon can freeze its prey solid in seconds. The body of an ice dragon is so cold that icicles will form along its skin no matter the outside temperature.

Martin Gilligan Frostflame is charismatic, dominant, social-orientated, expressive, arrogant, and a perfectionist. Martin is a talented hunter and very dedicated towards his clan and because of these traits he became very popular. Unfortunately Martin is very jealous of Pakku Lune because he is the alpha male in the clan, This hurts his ego. This often results in competitive battles between him and Pakku Lune. The purpose of these battles is that who wins becomes alpha. But only the scroll master can decide who becomes alpha. Martin has a very clear beautiful voice and likes the tastes of sweet things, this is probably because he is a descendant of a sweetling. Martin has light blue coloured eyes. Ever since Martin arrived in the clan all the mountains and some huge lakes in his clan's territory started to be covered with thick snow, ice, devastating snow storms. Some mountains and lakes stay in this vicious frost state even during hot summer seasons.
